Jason focuses his practice on estate planning, business and corporate law, real estate, and debtor-creditor law. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Section of the North Dakota State Bar Association. Jason is licensed to practice in the state courts of North Dakota and Minnesota, the Federal District Court of North Dakota, the Federal District Court of Minnesota, and the Turtle Mountain Tribal Court.
