Jack Yunker is originally from Grand Forks, North Dakota, and is involved in a statewide litigation practice in North Dakota. Jack has experience in insurance defense, insurance coverage questions, employment law and personal injury litigation.
Jack is licensed to practice in the state court of North Dakota, and the Federal District Court of North Dakota.
Jack graduated with an undergraduate in Business from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. He worked in the private sector in management prior to attending law school.
Jack attended the University of North Dakota where he enrolled in UND’s joint J.D./MBA program. He graduated in 2017, earning both his Law Degree and his Masters of Business Administration.
Jack is a member of the Defense Research Institute, and the American Bar Association.
Jack is married to Kelly they enjoy spending time with friends, family, and their dogs. He is an active individual and passes time with CrossFit, cooking, watching sports, and participating in various lake activities.
